Past Factories interviews
In the past weeks, I was selected a group to go out to do the interview at the village about past factories to get more information. I sent out a form to get people to volunteer to help me. My goal was to choose only 9 students including me, after I sent the form, and got back the responses I recognized that there are more than 8 people wants to join. So I decided to increase the people who going with me into 12. I had chosen the students based on their ideas, why they want to go to interview. After I had selected the group, I started to think of the materials that I would need to do the interview, so I wrote it down and sent to our organizer facilitator. After that, I sent a request to ask the director, and some others facilitators, and RE (Residential Educator). But I didn't know at all, who would I sent to if I want to go out for a trip. I got some replies, and comments, and I try to go through those challenges. At the end, it was done and succeeded. I sent out an email and document to those students that are going for the interview to know how is going to be, and how it going to work. Sometimes, I felt so sad because I am the one who will lead them to do this, because they didn't know anything, and if I did wrong, that will be a problem, I don't have a responsibility.
